CHRISTOPHER CHAPLIN

Following the release of his powerful and dark album trilogy Je suis le Ténébreux, Paradise Lost, and M, British avant-garde composer Christopher James Chaplin unveiled his project Patriarchs in 2021 — a critically acclaimed musical exploration of the antediluvian patriarchs, from Adam to Noah. After three years in the studio, Chaplin returned with his latest album, Door 1 Door 2, which has since emerged as one of his most monumental works to date. Once again, he gathered a number of remarkable collaborators, featuring the vocal contributions of Carmen Alt-Chaplin, Tassos Apostolou, and soprano Michela Varvaro. The result is a bold and captivating work that moves fluidly between experimental electronic music and the avant-garde. In 2025 and 2026, Chaplin brings Door 1 Door 2 and Patriarchs to the stage in a series of exclusive live performances across Europe.
